Growing up in Texas, Mexico was always at my back door yet I never explored it.
I had this idea that I would save it for later, my idea being that when I was bored at home with a 9-5 job I would explore Mexico on weekends to escape. That 9-5 boredom never came, I never went back to Texas, I had neglected Mexico for no reason.
Now I stopover in Mexico whenever I get the chance. I love the food, the people, and everything I see. So far, I’ve only truly explored Mexico City, but I will see more as soon as I can get there.
