European immigration to Buenos Aires brought dishes that have evolved into Argentine versions of their original selves. Indigenous cultures in the Northwest offer some of the country’s best cuisines, with spices and grains little used in the rest of Argentina. In Patagonia try trout and lamb and in the Northeast experience Guarani influenced dishes.
